- Ezra Klein thinks there are too many reporters here at the Convention:
Four cameras trained on the stage would have been cheaper, and more informative and reflective of the actual events of the convention, than all the assembled reporters combined. And with the savings, they could have hired 200 news foreign correspondents.
- Spencer Ackerman (dang, we used to read him when he was the teenage wundercolumnist at the hated-it-then, miss-it-now late-90’s New York Press) thinks we are too noisy here in the bloggerdome:
Seriously, bloggers: put a sock in it. You know what? You guys watching this at home? You know more about this speech than I do. Real talk.
- Don’t try to kick Al Giordano out of a party. He will get all up in your grill:
“You people are incompetent not to have made a provision for smokers to go outside and smoke,” I told the obnoxious Saleh. “Go away and leave me alone.”
